What is Counselling Going to be Like?
It is important to find the right therapist for you. Research has show us the importance of connecting and building a rapport with your therapist. Your experience matters.

I hope to provide a non-judgemental, warm, supportive and safe environment to explore and reflect on your life and your inner world.
As a psychologist there are ethics, laws and rules that dictate how we treat your information. What you talk about with your psychologist is confidential. Limits on this include safety and risk concerns and subpoenas by a judge, or if you give permission for your therapist to speak with a parent or external specialist.
It is a good idea for us to discuss these things before we get started and I will make sure you understand all of this in our first session.
